Overview

This is a crucial stage in the child’s development and the reception into Primary school where intense grooming takes place. Our group of experienced and qualified teachers painstakingly expose the students to the rudiments of primary school work to better prepare them for the task ahead. Each child is often encouraged to perform at their optimum. Most importantly, they are groomed with proper reading skills that encourage early reading. The nursery school runs for 2 years and is divided into Nursery 1 and Nursery 2. This is divided into the lower primary (year 1, 2 and 3) and the upper primary session (year 4, 5 and 6). Appian Way schools prides itself in bringing forth great leaders who are emotionally, academically, psychologically and even spiritually independent. Owing to this, we have mapped out various activities during learning which help students to be self-motivated and aspire to learn every day. We understand the relevance of the growing needs in our society today and recognize the importance of acquiring the skills to adapt accordingly. To help effectively achieve this, we have imbedded in the following subjects the knowledge and skills required by each child irrespective of their learning abilities.
