Our dear institution that is committed to total quality management. My focus at DOLAND had always been child centred. As a teacher, l am made to study a child, consider the child’s individual uniqueness and talents. The school is consciously cited in a serene environment to affect a smooth transition from home to school through the exploration of nature. Furthermore, the inculcation of social norms, spirit of equity and creativity into the system both at local and foreign levels cannot be over emphasizes. There are proliferations of schools no doubt, but DOLAND is identified with a difference, in terms of class, style, discipline, and continuous academic excellence that is why we are second to none. Importantly, our children are destined to succeed. If we must see this dream come true, parents’ role must be re-emphasized.
