Overview

Faith Comprehensive International Secondary School (F.A.C.I.S.S) is a private co-educational (day/boarding) school borne out of a vision given to Pastor Andrew Osagie in the year 1997. He came to Bayelsa on a mission for the Deeper Christian Life Ministry popularly called “Deeper Life” and searched fruitlessly for a school that will educate is young children based on the principles of the Bible. It was while praying to God about this that he received the vision to start a school that will be based on the biblical principles he so desired. The school commenced with about 8 students in a 5 bedroom flat located at Okutukutu, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State and has since grown into a group of schools with a nursery & primary school called Faith International Nursery and Primary School (FINAPS) located on FINAPS road, off Alamieyeseigha road, Okutukutu, A nursery, Primary and Secondary school at Otuasega, Another A nursery, Primary and Secondary school at Ilorin, Kwara State and FINAPS Lagos. The school is presently located in permanent site at Okutukutu. The school as a whole has since grown to a population of over 200 individuals in it and has since its inception educated Thousands of student who have gone on to become respectable professionals in Medicine, Enginering, Law, Music, Agriculture to mention a few. FACISS as a school was founded on a strong Christian background with the aim of developing the total child. The staff strength of both the academic & non academic for the whole school is over 80.
