Overview

Welcome to FLORENCE OBI ACADEMY. We are dedicated and committed to moulding the next generation with aim of changing the face of the educational sector by raising a generation of godly children who will stand tall globally. Each of our children is a God-given ̶gift with special talents, unique and wonderful characteristics. It’s also important to note that each child has different strength that influences how they learn. This strength most times is inherited from their parents. Here are some general learning styles which are simple, quick and painless ways to effective strategies in helping your children be successful, happy and productive in their academics. Environmental preferences (how do you concentrate) Cognitive style (how do you interact with information) Modalities (how do you remember) Multiple Intelligence (how do you show you are smart) Mindstyle (how do you communicate what you know) We offer alongside the conventional Curriculum, a Montessori based approach to learning in the Pre ̶ School, an individualized based learning for the Grades. This is made possible through a small class sized policy and a team of highly qualified personnel serving both as teaching and non–teaching staff. Due to that tested proven strategies we have recorded 100% success in the state Common Entrance Examination since inception till date. We also engage the children in co-curricular activities to enhance their flexibility in learning, such activities include sports, musical skills training and development, ICT, excursion to interesting sites and E-learning where the pupils learn outside the classroom. We look forward to an improved learning environment as well as strategies that will take our school and ultimately our children from good to great.
