Inspire staff come from diverse national, ethnic and religious backgrounds, and Inspire is a member of the Global Working Group for Compassionate Schools. At Inspire Academy, non-Muslim pupils will not be required to attend Islamic religious classes, suitable alternatives will be developed for non-Muslim pupils in consultation with their parents, and the school will actively seek out exchange and collaboration activities with Christian-Oriented schools.
