Jasper School was founded in 2009 as a Montessori school and approved by the Government in 2012 with the introduction of the high school. In the Nursery, we employ the Montessori style of teaching, and in the Primary and High Schools, we use the British and Nigerian Curriculum, with the goal of delivering quality international education to fulfill the demands of the world's increasingly developing and diverse community . Our Philosophy The idea of Jasper was hatched by the passion of the Proprietress for young ones of impressionable age to excel, explore the environment and fulfil their destiny in a vicinity that will facilitate moral rectitude and godliness. In living up to its nomenclature, Jasper, being precious, takes her children (called Jaspers) as jewels and treats them as very precious. We recognise and are aware that we are only privileged to care for these children as guardians for they are God's heritage. If we succeed according to God's expectation, we shall be rewarded by God. Hence, we cannot afford to do otherwise. To us, success is a passion. "We believe that good education is about building special relationship between teachers and pupils and amongst pupils and students themselves. This enables boys and girls to develop into mature young adults; people who are confident without being arrogant, friendly but not familiar, relaxed but not casual, but who have the courage to live by sound moral, social and spiritual values".
