Nana Model College Warri is a Government owned Secondary School with boarding facilities. It is situated in No. 3 Mabiaku road off Esisi road Warri, Delta state Nigeria. It was founded in 1952 when Nigeria was still a British colony. Nana Collegewas originally acollege of Commerceand later became Nana Teacher Training College (NTTC), thereafter the school was changed to a secondary school called Nana College warri. The then Delta State Governor,his Excellency Governor James Ibori changed it to a Model College in 2001. The college is known for a well-structured and highly competitive entrance examination which one must pass before he/she can be admitted into the school. All admission into the school is done by the Ministry of Education Asaba, Delta State. The school operates a six year programme at two levels, which is Junior Secondary School ( JSS 1 – JSS 3) and Senior Secondary School (SS1 – SS3). The school motor is: OBEDIENCE ALONE ENTAILS COMMAND Mission: BUILDING ENLIGHTENED AND CULTURED CITIZEN FOR THE EXULTATION OF HUMANITY Nana Model College has grown to a population of 1887 students as at April, 2018. .
