Overview

Our school aim is to provide a secure and caring environment within which every child is encouraged to achieve his/her full potential academically, physically and socially. We always ensure that your child receives a broad and balanced education in preparation for the future. The premises include classrooms, a library, sickbay, information technology lab, school hall, together with other associated administrative rooms. These are set in a spacious compound with a playground for the children. The school is an elementary school, providing facilities also for foundation (Nursery). The school caters for children from the age of 1 year to 11 years. A Board of Directors whose services are given voluntarily manages the school. All major decisions are taken by the Board, which also advises and assists the Head of School. Open Days are held throughout the year to discuss your child’s progress. Newland is a good school. Our teacher work hard, are committed and want to do the best for the children. Children are prepared well for their futures and the next stage of their education through their studies and the very development of their social skills. Winning the National Total Quality School of the Year 2009 & 2010 is a testament to this.
