Our mission is to create and encourage young individuals who are self-confident but not arrogant, tolerant but not subservient, ambitious but not ruthless, determined yet not self-centered. We Strive to make The Broadoak Schools a caring and welcoming place where every individual is valued, and in friendship, through fun, we learn and grow together. We are in the business of transforming lives and inspiring change.    Our vision is to Establish a secure and caring environment in which imagination is kindled and potentials fulfilled. To achieve excellence through a holistic approach to the development of every aspect of the individual. Teaching and learning will be fun and rewarding.   At The Broadoak Schools, we offer a complete education for life, helping our pupils realize their full potentials by providing a secure setting with individual attention and a mixture of traditional and modern teaching methods; thus the imagination can be kindled and academic potentials fulfilled.    +We aim to help children become literate and numerate at the earliest possible age and provide learning support for those with particular difficulties.    +We create a community of well-balanced young people who are fully prepared for the challenges and responsibilities of the outside world and aim to educate our children for a changing world.   +We promote an atmosphere of friendship and trust, where consideration is shown and tolerance exercised.   +We instil a spirit of service, cultivating self-motivation and self-discipline as the basis of leadership at all levels.   We promote strong and open partnerships between the home and school and also encourage parents and friends to share in our aims; to participate in an extension of their own nurture at home. The realization that no child is uneducable and that every child has the right to education without interferences, makes every child special to us. This realization informs the limiting of our class size to a maximum of 20 and 25 for Nursery and Primary respectively.    Our overall aim is to make a remarkable difference by “putting the fun into the fundamentals”. It takes a world of difference to make a difference. For the young (youth) of today, entering a world of rapid and unprecedented change, traditional values in education have never been more necessary. In support of this, The Broadoak Schools is keen at providing secure and caring environments in which each child can fulfil his/her academic, creative, physical and personal potential.
