The staff of the Victoria Grammar School are a team of skilled teachers and support staff dedicated to fulfilling our mission; which is: “To create a safe and nurturing environment in which all learners can develop their intellectual, social, emotional, physical and creative potential in preparation for lifelong learning and success.” We strive to create a calm, well ordered working environment, very clearly focused on quality teaching and learning. Our team makes vital contributions to the smooth and effective running of the school and ensures we provide quality care and education for the children. We value every child and encourage them to achieve their very best and we recognize the vital role parents play in the school community in achieving this feat. Together, we can shape leaders! We also encourage all parents of our pupils and students to be involved in the daily life of our school as we aspire to provide your child with the very best educational program possible. As a Christian school, we put a lot of emphasis on our commitment to develop basic moral values, positive citizenship, and respect for everyone.
