Top angel was founded in September 2002, as a creche and Nursery School. Top Angel is committed to academic excellence, moral standard and social responsibility to the state, we operate within the law of the state. We are committed to exploring the individual potential in every child and ensuring its nurture to the maximum in a safe and conducive environment where there is mutual respect amongst adult children.
