Overview

Our creche is home away from home where motherly care is given to babies between age 2 months - 24 months. The classes are roomy with adequate educational audio-visuals, toys and activities to stimulate and prepare the toddler's brain for future challenges. Our pre-school classes include Reception, Nursery 1 and Nursery 2 between age 2 - 5. We run a Montessori scheme where pupils learn with fun and express their full potentials. The classes are well ventilated and conducive for learning. Our after school service is established to relieve our ever busy parents of the burden and worry of where to keep the children after school. It runs between 2pm - 6pm, Monday to Friday. The children are helped with their homework, fed and engaged in other fun but positive activities. It is opened to both Wits Ville School pupils and outsiders. Wits Ville School works, in close partnership with parents to ensure that effective channels of communication are always opened, each child will have a communication/ homework record book which will be checked and responded to by his or her class teachers on daily basis. We also have a Wits Ville Family Forum once in a term, where parents and teachers are given opportunity to interact and discuss ,matters bothering on the school and children’s progress. Similarly, we have Open Day at the middle of the term as well as the end of term for parents to talk about their children. Parents are also welcome to arrange appointment to pop into school for a chat with their child’s class teacher or management to talk about any aspects of their child’s education or behaviours.
