Managing screen time

The average Nigerian teenager now spends significant time on phones — watching videos, browsing social media, chatting, and gaming. Some of this is harmless or even beneficial. But uncontrolled screen time can steal study hours, disrupt sleep, and expose children to inappropriate content.
