By accessing or using the Schexus platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Data Ownership and Processing
Crucial Principle: The School Owns The Data
The school owns all student, parent, staff, financial, and academic data entered into Schexus. Schexus acts solely as a service provider processing the data on behalf of the school. We will never sell, distribute, or use your data for unauthorized purposes.
By uploading data to Schexus, the school represents and warrants that it has all necessary permissions and legal authority to provide personal data for processing.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Platform Usage
Schexus provides a school management system that must be used in accordance with its intended educational and administrative purposes. Any misuse or attempt to compromise platform security is strictly prohibited.
5. Data Export and Exit Process
Schools have the right to export their data (including student records, results, and financial records) at any time. Upon termination of services, schools are guaranteed access to standard export tools to retrieve their information.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
