UI improvements

A great product is not just functional — it should also be intuitive, clear, and pleasant to use. While our Bug Reports category is primarily for functional issues, we also want to hear about UI and UX problems: confusing layouts, unclear labels, broken navigation, inconsistent design, or anything that makes the interface harder to use than it should be.

In this thread, share specific UI improvement suggestions. What part of the interface feels confusing or cluttered? Are there labels or instructions that are unclear? Is there a workflow that requires too many steps? Does the design behave differently on different screen sizes?

Screenshots are extremely helpful here. Please include them wherever possible so our design team can understand exactly what you are seeing.
